House Cocktails

Here is a list of various and diverse house cocktails.  A brief manifesto on cocktails can be contained in a few axioms:

1. Whiskey and Gin are the only really acceptable spirits for drinking.
2. Rum is used for flaming confections and fruitcakes.
3. Sweet fruity cocktails are bad for one's soul.
4. Given #3, vodka is primarily used for sanitizing airlocks when brewing.

That being said, we have found ourselves in a minority.  Nevertheless, should anyone wish to join this minority, if even for the space of the cocktail hour, welcome in.
